These guys bailed me out. The Christmas storms of 2022 knocked out my utility pole. After 5 days without power I was having a VERY hard time finding someone to help me restore power. The power had taken out my privately owned utility pole and left us without power from from Dec 23 until Dec 28. As a last resort I called these guys. The owner seemed sympathetic to our cause. Despite the fact that we were technically outside his service area they sent 2 hardy Mainers out to me the next morning. (A retired fireman and a retired lineman.) They set up my pole in a tricky spot and dug it nice and deep and the price was reasonable. If you find yourself in need of the services they provide I'd highly recommend them.

Hector (owner) took good care of me after hearing about how I had waited essentially all summer for another contractor to complete my private line extension. I called, was given a timeline of 3-4 weeks, and 3-4 weeks later true to his word the work is now complete. He responded quickly to phone calls and voicemails and was very honest with me in our dealings. His crew was polite and professional, you could definitely tell it wasn’t their “first rodeo”. Would strongly recommended as a regular person self GC’ing a house project, I had fears that I would be put on the back burner not being a contractor but that was not the case.

We needed our old utility pole replaced because it was leaning precariously, in danger of falling and pulling our wires off our house, potentially causing severe damage. PPS LLC returned my call promptly and got us on their schedule quickly. They showed up on time on the scheduled day. The replacement was done with minimal interruption of our service. The cost was very reasonable. And they took care of the old pole. We highly recommend this company!
