Our History

Private Power Services, LLC was started in 2015 by Hector Picard. A first-class lineman with 20 years’ experience with CMP, he saw a need for landowners and contractors to have options when there was a need for new or updated overhead and underground power service. Hector’s extensive experience working for a large power company under every possible situation, allowed him to gain the experience and knowledge imperative to offering these services privately to the public. Though leaving the security and seniority of a major company had its worries, his love of this work, his attention to detail, and his work ethic made this decision the right one. He is grateful every day to be able to do the work he loves, and provide such necessary services to homeowners, businesses and contractors.
