Working with Us

Getting power brought in or having electrical power extended to a new outbuilding you just built is not something most people do every day. For a lot of our customers, the process can feel confusing before the job even begins.

That’s why one of the biggest advantages of working with Private Power Services is not just the field work – it’s the guidance that comes with it. We help customers understand their options, explain what needs to happen, assist with the paperwork process, and keep the job moving from start to finish.

The work should be on our shoulders – not yours.

Making the Process Easier

We Visit and Provide a Free Estimate

When a customer calls us, the first step is usually a site visit. We come out, look at the property, talk through the project, lay out the line, and provide a quote. From there, we help guide the next steps so customers are not left trying to interpret everything on their own.

We Walk You Through Your Options

Every property is different, and there is usually more than one way to approach a job. We take the time to explain your options clearly, whether that means overhead, underground, service poles, or a combination that makes the most sense for your property and budget.

We do not believe in pushing one solution, or making recommendations without context. We talk through what each option means, what it may cost, and what the tradeoffs are, so you can make the right call for your project.

We Help Guide the Paperwork Side

There are parts of the process the customer still needs to handle, but there is also a lot we can do to help you. We guide customers through what is required, explain confusing jargon and requirements, and submit what needs to be submitted on our side in a timely fashion. In fact, we’ve been in this business long enough to have some helpful contacts that allow us to keep projects moving along when others might stall.

Power Line Partner Beyond the Installation

We are not interested in being the kind of company that does the minimum amount of work and then disappears. If you have questions at any time during the process, need clarification, or run into an issue, we are here to help you work through it. That’s why our customers return and refer us, because if we can help in some way, we will.

A Better Experience From the Start

A lot of customers come to us because we’re a much more affordable option, but what they end up appreciating just as much is how supported they feel throughout the process. We love to hear that we made things much easier than they expected!

We know this work. We know the process. And we know that most customers want someone who can explain it clearly, give them honest answers, and help them get their power on without more stress than necessary.
